Important: When moving out of your home, you must call the DEP and arrange a final water reading. You must furnish the Department with a $55 check made out to the Department of Finance, along with your legal block and lot numbers on the check.
When moving into your new home, you must complete a customer registration form, which should be mailed to the address above. For questions on the form, call 718-595-7000.
